1. Selection of waste materials

After the second inspection by the inspector, the inventory of the board is made. Such a numbering inspection method can ensure that stones in the same area use the same area or even the same scrap material. In the future, when the same project needs supplementary supply, the most similar color stones can also be found according to the plate number.

3. Sheet metal cutting

The control of color and quality in bridge cutting workshop is mainly embodied in the process of processing. Before the processing of specification cutting, the stone to be cut will be inspected as a whole. For cracked lines and gallbladder parts, the reasonable avoidance will be made, and the rate of finished products will be increased as far as possible.

4. Protection processing

The protective treatment uses imported Scan protective agent, which can be divided into oil and water. Generally, it is repeated brushing on 6 surfaces for more than 3-5 times.

5. Typesetting test

All materials will be rehearsed in the factory before installation. Under natural light, make sure the color is even and natural.

6. Numbered packaging

After protective treatment and layout inspection of qualified products, the packer will pack each piece of qualified products according to the layout effect according to the installation direction number, and will attach more than two layout sketches to the outer packing box.
